Peak Hydro Shipping Policy
At Peak Hydro, we are committed to delivering the most powerful hydrogen water bottle to our customers in the United States as efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find our shipping policy, including timelines, costs, and important information regarding pre-orders.
1. Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
- Founder’s Edition Pre-Orders are expected to ship sometime Mid-March.
- Due to high demand and limited production, pre-order shipping timelines may vary.
- Customers will receive email updates on their order status, including estimated shipping date and tracking details.
If shipping is delayed beyond 60 days from the estimated date, customers may request a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
2. Shipping Availability
🚚 We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Standard Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5-10 business days
🚀 Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs & Fees
- ALL Pre-Orders get Priority Processing and Free Shipping.
5. Tracking & Order Updates
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days, contact us at hello@trypeakhydro.com.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@trypeakhydro.com within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement under our lifetime warranty.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please email hello@trypeakhydro.com ASAP.
- We cannot change addresses once an order has been processed for shipment.
